GRAPHITE ELECTRODE

The ultra-high power graphite electrode adopts high-quality needle coke, which is produced through more than ten processes such as calcination, forming, impregnation, graphitization and machining. The graphitization temperature is up to 2800~3000°C, and the manufacturing process is complex and the production cycle is long.  Its low resistivity, small coefficient of thermal expansion, strong flexural strength, it allows the current density is greater than 25A/cm2, mainly used for smelting fine steel, special steel.  Ultra-high power graphite electrode is suitable for large ultra-high power electric arc furnace, 50t or more electric arc furnace;  The smelting cycle is 25% shorter than that of ordinary electric arc furnace, which can reduce power consumption and improve production efficiency.
